Job Summary
Welcome customers with a smile, guide shoppers to find desired items, and introduce H&M products while ensuring a comfortable shopping experience. Contribute to company growth by upholding our values and developing skills through new systems. Work flexible shifts of 4 to 8 hours, two days per week, with overtime requiring store manager approval. Join a team in H&M's Omotesando or other designated stores, where you will receive training, enjoy employee discounts, and participate in long-term service recognition programs.
Required Qualifications
- ファッション、リテール、または接客経験・興味(未経験可)がある方
- 就業場所:(雇い入れ直後)H&M(松本店)、もしくは提示のあったそのほかの店舗
- (変更の範囲) 販売及び本社における会社の定める業務
- 就業時間 :シフト制(8時間労働・休憩60分)週2日~、1日4時間〜OK
- 時間外労働の詳細:ワークライフバランスを徹底するため残業には店長の事前承認が必要
- 加入保険:労災保険
