Support the Sales and Profit goals by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer Experience through visual and commercial curation. Represent the brand positively during interactions, identify commercial opportunities, and ensure customer service routines in fitting rooms and checkout areas. Maintain a clean sales floor, secure stock levels, and uphold garment quality standards while managing the full garment cycle from delivery to presentation. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser team, provide product knowledge, and oversee daily opening and closing procedures. Ensure all legal requirements, health and safety protocols, and OMNI services are followed.
