Job Summary
Manage the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines while establishing and analyzing sales and budget goals to optimize results. Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for your team, including daily scheduling and succession planning. Secure a clean sales floor and back of house, maintain accurate stock levels, and oversee the full garment cycle from delivery to presentation. Ensure all legal requirements, safety procedures, and price sign guidelines are followed during opening and closing routines. Collaborate with the Visual Merchandiser team and promote in-store sustainability initiatives and the Customer Loyalty App.
