Job Summary
Department Manager leading a retail store team to deliver an exceptional omni-channel customer experience and achieve sales/profit goals. Responsibilities include setting and analyzing sales and budget targets, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning; ensuring excellent customer service, store operations, stock levels, fitting room and checkout routines, and compliance with health and safety and company procedures. Drive fashion knowledge, brand representation, and collaboration with Visual Merchandiser to maintain high-quality product presentation and in-store visuals. Promote Hello Member loyalty initiatives and sustainability programs, monitor market opportunities and competitive activity, and develop the team through coaching, training, and regular communication. Leverage data to optimize results, and manage planning, scheduling, and daily store activities to support business needs.
