Job Summary
Help unload incoming trucks and put away merchandise; maintain and restock Home and Gift Department displays; execute daily operational goals; remove promotional bin tags; watch for shoplifters per Elder’s policy; respond to radio requests; handle special orders for non-stock items; take initiative and assume responsibility; bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred. Requires high school diploma or GED preferred, 6 months to 1 year retail experience, proficiency with computer systems, data gathering/keeping records, and strong communication skills in Spanish where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 6 months-1 year of retail experience
- Technically proficient in computer systems including related software
- Gather and analyze data and maintain accurate records
- Bilingual (Spanish) verbal and written communication skills strongly preferred
