Job Summary
Act as the primary escalation point for client logistics inquiries, handling claims, delivery issues, and post-sales returns. Pilot daily order processing and delivery operations in close collaboration with Key Accounts, warehouse providers, and commercial back-office teams. Prepare for and attend logistics meetings with clients to support commercial negotiations and visits. Ensure achievement of supply chain performance targets such as OTIF and outbound quotas while actively monitoring regional logistics costs and identifying optimization opportunities. Serve as the SAP Key User for client delivery processes, coordinating system interfaces between SAP and the WMS. Verify standard logistics conditions and freight surcharge rules within client contracts. Provide France-specific logistics requirements for regional tender evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Master en administration des affaires, gestion de la Supply Chain, ingénierie ou domaine équivalent
- 3 à 6 ans d'expériences dans les opérations Supply Chain et la gestion de projets
- Excellentes capacités analytiques
- Aptitude à négocier avec les clients sur les clauses contractuelles
- Solides compétences en gestion des parties prenantes (stakeholder management), résolution de problèmes et approche agile
- Très bonne maîtrise des systèmes ERP/SAP
- Une expertise SAP S/4HANA
- Connaissance de Power BI
- Maîtrise des outils standards Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.)
- Français courant
- Anglais courant
- Un CV en anglais
