Job Summary
Conduct individual psychotherapy using ACT and evidence-based methods for clients with burnout, anxiety, depression, or trauma. Perform intake, diagnostic assessments per DSM-5, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients, supervisors, and occupational physicians. Deliver work-focused interventions to support reintegration and return-to-work goals. Optionally provide competency training to client groups, execute psychodiagnostic expertises, or deliver tailored organizational training. Treatments typically span 8-20 sessions. This freelance role offers a €120 hourly rate within a national organization focused on promoting employability and work happiness for individuals with mental health challenges.

- kan noten lezen maar ook echt muziek kan maken
- gericht op wat werkt en wat er wel kan
- in samenwerking met cliënt, leidinggevende en de bedrijfsarts
- competentie trainingen aan cliënten (groepen)
- uitvoeren van psychodiagnostische expertises (in opdracht van een bedrijfsarts)
- geven van maatwerktrainingen bij organisaties (werkgevers)
