Job Summary
Conduct individual psychotherapy for burnout, anxiety, and psychotrauma using evidence-based methods like ACT, while performing intake assessments, DSM-5 classifications, and treatment planning. Collaborate with clients, managers, and occupational physicians to design brain-friendly work and lifestyle interventions aimed at reintegration and job readiness. Deliver specialized services including competence training for clients, psychodiagnostic expertises for occupational physicians, and tailored organizational training. Work within a land-wide organization focused on enhancing employability and job satisfaction, offering flexible hours between 16-36 depending on location and availability.
