Job Summary
Conduct individual therapy sessions and perform intake assessments using DSM-5 classifications for clients managing burnout, anxiety, and psychotrauma. Execute evidence-based interventions that empower clients to regain control over their work and living styles, collaborating closely with supervisors and occupational physicians. Deliver specialized expertise, including diagnostic evaluations for occupational physicians and tailored training workshops for organizational groups. Manage treatment plans spanning 8 to 20 sessions focused on reintegration and employability goals. Operate as a self-employed contractor with flexible hours between 16 and 36, supported by direct colleague relationships and a budget for supervision.
