Conduct intensive trauma-focused therapy for clients with complex PTSD, utilizing evidence-based methods such as imaginal exposure and EMDR within a multidisciplinary team. Perform individual client treatment with therapist rotation, manage intake and diagnostics, and provide supervision to master psychologists. Act as the lead therapist to guide colleagues and contribute to the design and implementation of clinical policies. Deliver non-verbal therapies including PMT and image-based interventions during a three-week inpatient stay, ensuring daily structure and post-treatment planning. Work alongside the 24-hour team to intensify existing treatments or initiate new ones when outpatient care is not feasible.
