Job Summary
Manage the multidisciplinary team at the Leiden location, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and therapists, while leading the secretariat and overseeing caseload and productivity. Conduct intake and evaluation interviews for adults with complex psychiatric issues, utilizing CBT, EMDR, and schema therapy to develop treatment plans. Represent the organization to referrers and partners, coordinate team planning, and contribute input to organizational policy through management meetings. Provide supervision to psychologists in training and maintain a safe, supportive work environment. Perform this role as a self-employed contractor at an hourly rate of €125.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde opleiding tot gezondheidszorgpsycholoog (GZ-psycholoog) met BIG-registratie
- Aantoonbare ervaring met CGT en EMDR binnen de volwassenzorg
- Leidinggevende kwaliteiten en/of ambitie om als teamleider op locatie te werken
- Analytisch en organisatorisch sterk: je bewaakt kwaliteit, productiviteit en doorlooptijden
- Empathisch, maar ook in staat om grenzen te stellen en koersvast te handelen
