Job Summary
Conduct intensive trauma-focused therapy for clients with complex PTSD, utilizing evidence-based methods like imaginal exposure and EMDR within a multidisciplinary team. Perform individual client treatment with therapist rotation, manage intake and diagnostics, and oversee colleague supervision including guidance for master psychologists. Act as the lead therapist to maintain daily structure during a three-week inpatient stay, while collaborating closely with the 24-hour team to facilitate both inpatient and outpatient care transitions. Contribute to the design and implementation of clinical policies and participate in ongoing professional development.
Required Qualifications
- BIG-registratie als GZ-psycholoog
- Beheersing van één of meer evidence-based traumabehandelingen, zoals IE, EMDR, NET en/of BEPP
- Ervaring en/of affiniteit met het werken met ernstig getraumatiseerde patiënten, met PTSS, emotieregulatieproblemen en destructief gedrag dat de ambulante behandeling kan verstoren
- Uitgebreide kennis en ervaring op het gebied van PTSS-diagnose en -behandeling
- Mogelijkheid om zowel EMDR als imaginaire exposure behandeling te geven
- Beschikbaarheid op de maandag
