Job Summary
Conduct Guidelines Informed Treatment for Personality Disorder within a multidisciplinary team, serving as a regiebehandelaar and werkbegeleider for other disciplines. Facilitate weekly intervisie and deliver therapy using methods such as VERS, ACT, and MBT. Expand responsibilities with psychodiagnostiek, EMDR, or systeemtherapie based on experience. Work 36 hours per week at the NPI clinic in Amsterdam-Noord with a salary range of €5,294 to €6,918.
Required Qualifications
- GZ-psycholoog
- Een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG)
- Ervaring met de behandeling van cliënten met persoonlijkheidsstoornissen
- Flexibel zijn
- Kunnen schakelen tussen verschillende werkwijzen
- In staat zijn complexe samenwerkingsrelaties te hanteren met empathie
- Gemotiveerd zijn om je kennis up to date te houden
- Goed kunnen functioneren in een dynamisch multidisciplinair team
- Open, reflectief, daadkrachtig en steunend aanwezig zijn
