Conduct polyclinical and forensic FACT care for clients with complex behavioral issues stemming from substance use, psychiatric, or personality disorders. Perform diagnostics and deliver treatments using modalities such as EMDR, CGT, and general personality therapy while managing your own caseload. Act as the lead therapist (regiebehandelaar) within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating to address severe problematics and reduce recidivism risks. Contribute to team knowledge growth by developing new treatment programs and participating in supervision and MDOs. Work 28-32 hours per week on a one-year contract with a salary ranging from €5,294 to €6,918 gross.
