GZ-psycholoog FACT

Conduct outpatient psychiatric care for individuals with severe mental disorders, often involving addiction and social issues, while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team. Perform diagnostics, deliver psychological treatment, and assume a leadership role in the treatment process. Contribute to the development of treatment offerings and team expertise, potentially providing supervision or supporting policy development if working extended hours. Engage in outreach and neighborhood-based care, coordinating admissions when necessary. This role operates within the FACT method at Mentrum, focusing on restorative work and safety for clients with complex psychiatric needs.
