Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists and care coordinators to deliver optimal care, while actively contributing to team development and policy discussions. Engage in optional side projects such as research networks, trauma treatment initiatives, or providing training to enhance professional expertise. Work with flexibility to structure your daily schedule and enjoy direct involvement in shaping regional mental health services.
