GZ-psycholoog ACT

Conduct diagnostic assessments and serve as the lead treatment coordinator for clients with complex psychiatric and social issues. Deliver cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma processing, and emotion regulation interventions, often in outreach settings including homes and public spaces. Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to define treatment plans and supervise a master psychologist. Design and implement group programs and new interventions to shape the care offering for the target group. Work within a shared caseload model that emphasizes collective responsibility and rapid team support.
