Job Summary
Academic Obstetrician-Gynecologist Generalist sought to join LLU Faculty Medical Group. The role involves teaching residents and collaborating with subspecialties (Maternal-Fetal Medicine, Gynecologic Oncology, Urogynecology, Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility), conducting and mentoring research, and delivering comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a large teaching hospital. The department emphasizes academic medicine, resident education, and multidisciplinary care for complex maternal-fetal and gynecologic cases. Benefits include a $7,000 annual CME stipend, two weeks of CME leave, mentorship from senior faculty, relocation assistance, paid malpractice insurance, generous retirement contributions, and productivity-based compensation with base salary in the $330k–$390k range. The starting base compensation is adjustable by years of experience and/or faculty rank, with additional productivity incentives discussed during recruitment.
