Job Summary
Board-certified Gynecologist sought to join a well-established Women's Health team in Allentown, PA. The role focuses on comprehensive gynecologic care, including in-office procedures such as colposcopy and endometrial biopsy, and advanced minimally invasive surgeries (hysterectomy, myomectomy, ablation, sling procedures). The position supports MIGS and subspecialty collaboration, with access to robust surgical volumes and an opportunity to evolve into leadership roles such as Chief of Gynecology. The schedule is Monday–Friday daytime with blocked OR time, and participation in nights and weekend call. The department offers strong support from Maternal Fetal Medicine, neonatology, and affiliated teaching/research programs, plus relocation assistance and a competitive compensation package with academic/training opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified Gynecologist
- MD degree
- Licensed to practice medicine in the state of PA
- MIGS fellowship training or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong surgical background in minimally invasive gynecologic procedures
- Experience in outpatient care and in-hospital operating room settings
- Leadership interest for potential Chief of Gynecology role
- Ability to participate in nights and weekend call for practice patients
- Academic appointments or teaching/research interest (preferred)
