Job Summary
Board-Certified Gynecologist needed to join a well-established Women's Health team in Allentown, PA. Role focuses on comprehensive gynecologic care in a non-obstetric practice with in-office procedures (colposcopy, endometrial biopsy) and advanced minimally invasive surgeries (hysterectomy, myomectomy, ablation, sling). Opportunity for leadership progression (potential Chief of Gynecology). Typical Monday–Friday daytime schedule with blocked OR time and participation in nights and weekend call. Strong referral patterns, robust surgical volume across MIGS, UroGYN, REI, Family Planning, and GYN Oncology; supportive team, publication/research opportunities, and relocation reimbursement available.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified Gynecologist
- MIGS fellowship training or equivalent experience preferred
- in-office procedures capability (colposcopy, endometrial biopsy)
- advanced minimally invasive surgical skills (hysterectomy, myomectomy, ablation, sling procedures)
- surgical OR time availability
- leadership potential (e.g., Chief of Gynecology)
- ability to participate in nights and weekend call for practice patients
- team-based care with support staff
- teaching/research opportunities (academic appointments possible)
