Job Summary
Board-Certified Gynecologist to join St. Luke's University Health Network's Women’s Health team in Allentown, PA. Role focuses on comprehensive gynecologic care in a non-obstetric practice, including in-office procedures (colposcopy, endometrial biopsy) and advanced minimally invasive surgeries (hysterectomy, myomectomy, ablation, sling). Opportunity to evolve into leadership, such as Chief of Gynecology, within a large academic-affiliated health system. Schedule is Monday–Friday daytime with blocked OR time and participation in nights and weekend call for practice patients. OR support for MIGS and other sub-specialties; strong referral patterns; collaborative, team-based environment with extensive departmental resources and teaching/research opportunities. MIGS fellowship training or equivalent experience preferred. Relocation reimbursement and comprehensive benefits package offered.
Required Qualifications
- Board-Certified Gynecologist
- non-obstetric gynecologic care experience
- in-office procedures such as colposcopy and endometrial biopsy
- advanced minimally invasive surgeries (hysterectomy, myomectomy, ablation, sling procedures)
- leadership interest or potential (e.g., Chief of Gynecology)
- OR scheduling and call coverage experience
- MIGS fellowship training or equivalent experience preferred
