Job Summary
Gynecologic Oncology Nurse Practitioner needed for locum coverage at a Level II trauma center facility in Northern Indiana with on-site clinic and OR responsibilities. The clinician will provide full-scope gynecologic oncology care including clinic duties (20-30 patients per day), 2-4 OR procedures daily, and a 24-hour call requirement. Day shift with call coverage, prescriptive authority required. Location is on-site in Plainfield, IL, with credentialing support and licensure assistance provided by the facility. The role encompasses inpatient, outpatient, and OR responsibilities across a full-scope gynecologic oncology service.
Required Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner license
- Board Certification in Gynecologic Oncology or related field (negotiable)
- Prescriptive authority in state of practice required
- Ability to work day shifts with 24-hour call
- Experience with inpatient and outpatient gynecologic oncology care
- Credentialing support and licensure process understanding
- Inpatient and outpatient OR experience preferred
- Adult patient population experience
- US nursing scope of practice compliance
