Job Summary
Gynecologic Surgeon with a focus on vaginal surgical techniques sought to join Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center. Responsibilities include performing high-volume vaginal procedures (eg, vaginal hysterectomy, prolapse repairs), evaluating and managing gynecologic surgical conditions, providing pre/postoperative care, utilizing minimally invasive techniques with vaginal approaches when feasible, coordinating multidisciplinary care, teaching OB/GYN residents and medical students, participating in quality improvement, and contributing to academic teaching and resident mentorship. Role combines outpatient clinic and operating room time with opportunities for clinical education and involvement in research or outcomes improvement. Required Qualifications
- BC/BE by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Demonstrated proficiency in vaginal surgical techniques (case logs will be required)
- Advanced expertise in complex vaginal and reconstructive procedures-demonstrated (preferred)
- Experience in teaching or academic medicine (preferred)
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
