Job Summary
Full-time Gynecologic Surgeon specializing in vaginal surgical techniques at Morristown Medical Center. Perform a high-volume of vaginal procedures including vaginal hysterectomy and pelvic organ prolapse repairs, evaluate and manage gynecologic conditions requiring surgical intervention, provide comprehensive preoperative and postoperative care, utilize minimally invasive approaches with emphasis on vaginal routes, collaborate with urogynecology and other specialties, educate OB/GYN residents and medical students, participate in quality improvement, and contribute to teaching in an academic setting. Work involves a mix of outpatient clinic and operating room time with a comprehensive benefits package and relocation reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- BC/BE by the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of New Jersey
- Demonstrated proficiency in vaginal surgical techniques
- Advanced expertise in complex vaginal and reconstructive procedures (preferred)
- Experience in teaching or academic medicine (preferred)
- Interest in clinical research or surgical outcomes improvement (preferred)
