Job Summary
Perform procedures in clinic, inpatient, and outpatient settings, including ovarian, endometrial, uterine, and cervical cancer care, genetic counseling, and laboratory testing. Manage rotating weekend coverage and alternating weekday and weekend call schedules. Requires Board Certification, fellowship training, and an active Indiana license with DEA and CSR registration. Credentialing takes 60-90 days. Work 8 hours daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with two clinic days and three operating room days per week.

- Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA)
