Job Summary
Gynecologic Oncology opportunity at Saint Alphonsus Medical Group/Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, ID. Board Certified or Board Eligible gynecologic oncologist sought to join a two-physician, one-PA practice within a multidisciplinary Women’s Health Services Program. The role features a traditional clinic schedule (Mon–Fri, 8:00 am–5:00 pm) with shared call (1:2; every third weekend first call to APP with physician backup). The practice supports two da Vinci XI robots, reconstructive surgery, cancer care services, clinical trials, genetic counseling, cancer risk assessments, and RN Navigation through treatment. Candidate must have strong surgical background with traditional open and minimally invasive (laparoscopy and robotic) experience, and a willingness to support regional outreach. Requirements include MD/DO, completed ACGME/AOA residency, ABOG gynecologic oncology fellowship, ABOG subspecialty certification (or within 3 years), Idaho and Oregon medical licenses, hospital privileges as needed, and DEA registration. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- ACGME or AOA accredited residency
- ABOG gynecologic oncology fellowship
- board certification and subspecialty certification through ABOG (or obtain within 3 years of employment)
- unrestricted full license in Idaho and Oregon
- privileges at SARMC - Boise, SAMC-Nampa and affiliated hospitals
- valid controlled substance registration with Idaho & Oregon Boards of Pharmacy and DEA
- training/experience in open and minimally invasive (laparoscopy/robotic) surgery
