Job Summary
Provide expert clinical care in all areas of Gynecology, including preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic services. Diagnose and manage complex gynecologic conditions while performing in-office and surgical procedures such as hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and colposcopies. Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective patient care. Offer clinical oversight, guidance, and education to APPs, including participation in orientation, training, and performance feedback. Monitor care quality to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and lead quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record and stay current with advances in gynecologic medicine. Advocate for patient rights, safety, and informed decision-making in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree with specialization in Gynecology
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN)
- Active, unrestricted medical license in [State]
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in gynecologic practice (OB experience not required)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
- Commitment to medical ethics, patient confidentiality, and continuous quality improvement
Desired Qualifications
- Experience mentoring or supervising APPs strongly preferred
