GYN - Surgeon

Provide expert clinical care in all areas of Gynecology, including preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic services. Diagnose and manage complex gynecologic conditions while performing in-office and surgical procedures such as hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and colposcopies. Develop and implement evidence-based clinical protocols to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective patient care. Support and mentor APPs (Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants) to ensure clinical excellence, providing guidance, education, and performance feedback. Monitor care quality to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and lead quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation within the electronic medical record and advocate for patient rights and informed decision-making. Stay current with advances in gynecologic medicine and integrate new evidence-based practices. Work full time in a collaborative, team-based environment with dedicated clinical and administrative support.
