Job Summary
Lead evening and weekend operations at GYMVMT/HER GYMVMT facilities across Calgary and Edmonton, managing diverse teams to achieve monthly KPIs and sales quotas. Develop and train staff into a General Manager role while coaching, motivating, and educating members to drive performance. Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality in all stakeholder interactions, utilizing data-driven decision-making to solve complex problems. Work flexible schedules including early starts, days, evenings, and weekends as business requirements dictate.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field plus related work experience
- Diploma in a related field plus related work experience
- Solid decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven success in achieving monthly KPI's and quotas
- High degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
- Willingness to develop and train into a General Manager role
- Ability to work flexible hours such as days, evenings, and weekends, as well as on special promotional events
- Willingness to be available for Monday-Friday evening and weekend work
- Willingness to start at 5 AM some days depending on business requirements
- Consistent and dependable commitment to schedule
