Job Summary
Gymnastics Team & Program Director at Greater Philadelphia YMCA responsible for coaching the competitive gymnastics team, directing instructional programs, camps, and events; leading staff, volunteers, and program operations; ensuring safety standards and athlete development; coordinating schedules, facility usage, and program growth; partnering with Marketing and leadership to promote programs and engage families; requires experience in coaching, staff leadership, safety certifications, and program planning.
Required Qualifications
- Experience coaching competitive gymnastics and teaching recreational gymnastics programs
- Experience leading staff, volunteers, or program operations
- Knowledge of gymnastics safety standards and athlete development
- Ability to plan and coordinate multiple programs, events, and schedules simultaneously
- Current gymnastics, CPR, First Aid, or other required certifications, or the ability to obtain them
