Job Summary
Lead, oversee and coach gymnastics competitive programs for levels 3-8, designing progressive training centered on USA Gymnastics fundamentals. Coach athletes in skill development, competition preparation, and soft skills while supervising and mentoring assistant coaches. Ensure a safe, inclusive environment, manage program scheduling and enrollment, and support budget development. Build relationships with families and the community through outreach and retention strategies, attending meets throughout the season. Part-time year-round role with Monday–Friday evening shifts and occasional weekends; $20–$23/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience coaching competitive gymnastics
- Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, progressions, and safety practices
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading or supervising staff preferred
- CPR/AED & First Aid, SafeSport, and USA Gymnastics credentials preferred
