Gymnastics Manager and Judge

Job Summary
Lead and collaborate with the broader coaching team to ensure successful delivery of Jets squad programs across the centres; coach high-level Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) and mentor staff to develop their abilities, celebrate achievements, and inspire the next generation. Responsibilities include overseeing trials, enrolments, retention, efficiencies, staff training and facilities; be the face of the centre, embodying company values and driving a positive, empowering gym environment. Requires 5-10+ years of experience coaching high-level WAG, FIG 2 or above, FIG qualified judge, First Aid and CPR, and WWCC.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience managing people
- 5-10+ years experience coaching high level WAG
- Gymnastics Australia technical memberships FIG 2 or above for coaching
- FIG qualified Judge
- First Aid and CPR
- WWCC
