Job Summary
Monitor open gymnastics sessions to ensure safety and fun, assist with curriculum-based classes for participants ranging from early childhood learners to school-age youth, and set up and take down equipment to maintain an organized environment. Motivate and inspire youth to learn new skills through thoughtful demonstrations and hands-on guidance while building meaningful relationships to enhance satisfaction. This role requires physical ability to lift equipment up to 55 lbs and navigate uneven gym surfaces, with a commitment to set hours across a 12-week session. Candidates must hold or obtain current certifications in Safe Sport, USAG Safety, CPR, and First Aid.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- Must be able to commit to set hours in a 12 week session
- Must have or be willing to get current certifications in Safe Sport, USAG Safety Certification, CPR, and First Aid
- Must be able to see and hear an emergency
- Ability to lift equipment and maneuver equipment and weight to 55 lbs or that of a small to average size child
- Must be able to navigate the uneven surfaces on the gym floor
Desired Qualifications
