Job Summary
Lead and monitor small groups of participants in gymnastics activities, demonstrating fundamental skills and spotting individuals while they perform. Provide a safe and positive environment for all attendees, addressing complaints and resolving concerns sensitively. This role requires the ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 30 lbs daily, with assistance needed for heavier items. Candidates must be at least 14 years old and possess instruction skills for introductory through intermediate levels.
