Job Summary
Leads energizing, fun, safe, and educational gymnastics classes for participants of various ages; develops class-specific lesson plans to progress skills; maintains supervision, conducts equipment checks, and keeps attendance records; builds relationships with participants and parents; promotes YMCA programs and campaigns; participates in staff trainings and events; must obtain CPR/AED and First Aid certificates within 30 days of hire and be available evenings/weekends; prior gymnastics experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age 15
- 12 months experience in gymnastics
- CPR/AED certification
- First Aid certification
- New Leader Orientation
- Available to work evenings and weekends
