Job Summary
Deliver a professional, efficient, and high-quality gymnastics programme by coaching and leading groups of participants of all ages. Work collaboratively with the Gymnastics Team to ensure sessions are safe, fun, and varied, strictly following guidelines and schemes of work set out by the Governing Body. Organise and develop a successful programme tailored to the needs and abilities of participants, while supporting other coaches and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders and members of the public. Casual hours are available as and when required, with a salary of £29,877 per annum (Band 3) pro-rated for part-time hours. The role is based at Middleton Arena and requires a British Gymnastics Level 1 qualification or above, along with relevant coaching experience.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified to British Gymnastics Governing Body Level 1 or above
- Experience of coaching gymnastics to adults or children
- Hold Emergency First Aid or demonstrate commitment and ability to achieve within 3-6 months
- Able to work flexibly including evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays

- Excellent communication; both oral and written and excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills
