Job Summary
Plan, supervise, and administer developmental gymnastics, dance, enrichment, and birthday party programs under the Branch Executive Director. Create lesson plans, recruit and train staff, and ensure all instructors are qualified while filling in as a substitute when necessary. Direct operations by managing budgets, maintaining participant records, and overseeing program showcases and recitals. Serve as Manager on Duty during evening and weekend hours, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and emergency compliance. Model relationship building skills to respond to community inquiries and support member retention goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- minimum of two years of gymnastics instructor/coaching experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- ability to teach gymnastics/dance/movement education classes
- ability to spot during classes
- ability to provide physical assistance
- demonstration of proper techniques

- Knowledge of USAG compulsory level skill requirements
