Gym Teacher

Identify student educational needs and develop formal plans to address them. Create lesson plans and instruct students in subjects, study skills, and communication. Observe students to evaluate abilities and work individually to overcome specific learning challenges and prepare for standardized tests. Teach and mentor students in classes, small groups, or one-on-one settings while supervising classroom environments and enforcing rules. Communicate progress with families, counselors, and administrators. Document educational goals and progress as required by facility and state standards. Adhere to treatment plans and participate in team meetings.
