Job Summary
Manage gym operations and deliver exceptional member service. Responsibilities include overseeing facilities with strong cleaning and organizational standards, handling emails and daily marketing/communications, driving sales of memberships and personal training, performing clerical tasks (CRM/database, billing), and maintaining a positive, friendly atmosphere. Role requires training at multiple locations within a 30-minute radius, willingness to work weekends/evenings/holidays, and owning a reliable car. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred; certification in personal training is optional but highly valued. Job types include Full-time, Part-time, or Contract with compensation based on experience and availability.
