Job Summary
Deliver the "royal" customer service experience to children, parents, coaches, and non-members by providing warm welcomes and maintaining a pleasant disposition. Track and monitor student attendance, handle in-person inquiries for group classes and drop-ins, and communicate with first-timers to sign them up for programs. Respond to concerns patiently, keep the gym area clean and organized, and perform weekly shipping duties including collecting and packing orders. This part-time role requires roughly 20 hours per week, a valid driver's license, and your own vehicle, based in Los Angeles, CA. Applicants must have a clean criminal record due to direct interaction with children ages 4-14.
Required Qualifications

- Experience being a receptionist
