Job Summary
Gym Membership Manager handling multiple club locations with responsibilities including facility cleaning and organization, exceptional member service (including handling prospective members and security), managing emails/communications, and sales of memberships and personal training. Clerical office tasks (CRM database, filing, billing) and positive, customer-friendly attitude are required. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and have a reliable car. Role may involve varied tasks beyond front desk and requires availability beyond the summer. Locations include Mount Kisco, Pleasantville, Elmsford, and Yorktown Heights, NY, with in-person work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Own reliable car
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Willing to work at multiple locations (Mount Kisco NY, Pleasantville NY, Elmsford NY, Yorktown Heights NY)
