Job Summary
Gym Membership Manager role at Anytime Fitness in Westchester County with positions available for Part Time or Full Time. Key duties include exceptional member/customer service, managing facility operations with strong cleaning/organization, handling emails and daily marketing/communications, selling memberships and personal training, clerical tasks (CRM/database, billing), and supporting pre-opening activities across multiple locations within a 30-minute radius. Must be willing to train and work at multiple locations, and to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requires own reliable car and resides within a 30-minute radius. Education requirement: High school or equivalent; 1+ year health club/gym management (preferred); Personal Trainer certification (preferred); bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Salary and hours determined by experience; roles include Full-time, Part-time, and Contract options; benefits include health insurance, PTO, and employee discounts.
