Job Summary
Gym Membership Manager role handling member sales, club operations, and administrative duties across multiple Westchester County locations. Responsibilities include exceptional customer service, managing facilities and cleaning/organization, handling emails and daily marketing/communications, driving Membership and Personal Training sales, clerical tasks (CRM, billing), and coordinating pre-opening activities across locations. The role requires weekend/evening/holiday availability, owning a reliable car, and capacity to train at multiple locations within a 30-minute radius. Strong emphasis on in-person presence and guest engagement to support club growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Health club & gym management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Certified Personal Trainer Certification (Preferred)
