Job Summary
Gym Membership Manager needed at Anytime Fitness in Westchester County. Manage daily club operations and drive member acquisition and retention with exceptional customer service, facility organization, and communications. Responsibilities include handling member needs, security, facility cleanliness, CRM/data tasks, and sales of Membership and Personal Training. Must be willing to train and work at multiple locations within a 30-minute radius, and to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must have own reliable car and be able to travel for training at other locations. Roles may be Full-time, Part-time, or Contract, with compensation based on experience and availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Health club & gym management: 1 year (Preferred)
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer Certification (Preferred)
- 1 year health club management experience (Preferred)
- Bilingual English and Spanish (Preferred)
- High school or equivalent (Required)
