Job Summary
Gym Manager at Anytime Fitness in Westchester County sought to lead club operations, drive sales of memberships and personal training, manage facilities and staff across multiple locations, handle emails/marketing, and provide exceptional customer service. Role requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays in a 24/7 facility, with a need to travel to multiple nearby locations for training leading up to opening; candidates should have strong organizational, CRM, and clerical skills, and be prepared to operate with commission-based incentives alongside base compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Health club & gym management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Must live locally (30 minute radius max - do not apply otherwise)
- Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
- Experience: Health club & gym management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Language: English and Spanish (Preferred)
- License/Certification: Certified Personal Trainer Certification (Preferred)
- Shift availability: Day Shift (Required)
- Work Location: In person
