Job Summary
Gym Manager at Anytime Fitness in Westchester County. Responsibilities include driving membership sales, managing facilities and daily operations, handling emails and communications, and supporting pre-opening sales across multiple locations within a 30-minute radius. Must provide exceptional customer service, maintain club cleanliness and organization, and be willing to train at multiple sites. Sales of Membership and Personal Training are central, with commissions opportunities. Requires 1+ year of health club management experience, ability to work weekends/evenings/holidays, own reliable car, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, 24/7 facility. Languages: English and Spanish preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Location: Elmsford, NY (onsite). Shift flexibility: day, evening, and weekend shifts across multiple locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school or equivalent (Required)
- Health club management: 1 year preferred
- Personal Training Certification preferred
- Must live within 30 minute radius
- Must be able to work weekends, evenings and holidays
- Own reliable car
- Bilingual English and Spanish (Preferred)
- Experience with CRM/database (preferred)
