Gym Manager! SALES COMMSSIONS - Full & Part Time!

Gym Manager role at Anytime Fitness in Westchester County with opportunities for part-time or full-time work and additional commissions. Key duties include exceptional customer service at the club, facilities management, handling emails/communications, sales of memberships and personal training, clerical tasks (CRM/database, billing), and coordinating training at multiple locations within a 30-minute radius. Must be able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays; own a reliable car; training at multiple locations; ability to lead pre-opening sales. Strong emphasis on team leadership, operations, and driving member acquisition and retention; experience in health-club management and willingness to train at multiple sites are preferred. Fluency in English (Spanish preferred). Education: High school or equivalent required. Experience: health club/gym management 1 year preferred. License/Certification: Certified Personal Trainer certification preferred.
