Gym Manager

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day gym operations at Rock Spot Climbing, manage and coach a team of supervisors and floor staff, hire, train, and develop personnel, and drive a customer-service oriented culture while focusing on achieving monthly sales goals. Collaborate with the District Manager and local management team, handle opening/closing procedures, POS interactions, scheduling, deposits, and administrative tasks, and lead quality coaching and data-driven management to improve performance. Role emphasizes staff development, enforcing rules, and delivering outstanding customer experiences in a climbing gym environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Previous management experience with employees
- Experience with employee scheduling
- Ability to supervise
- Ability to work nights/weekends
- Ability to enforce rules and regulations
- Ability to handle money
- Ability to communicate effectively with corporate management team
- Punctual and reliable
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50lbs
