Job Summary
Gym Manager & Membership Sales role at an Anytime Fitness club in Westchester County (Pleasantville, NY). Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service at the club, managing facility operations and cleanliness, handling marketing/communications, and driving membership and personal training sales. Duties also cover clerical tasks (CRM database, billing, payments), and maintaining a positive, friendly club environment. Requires availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays; must live locally within a 30-minute radius, own a reliable car, and be 18+. Compensation is based on experience and may include commissions; 24/7 access facility environment with a focus on member needs and club operations.
Required Qualifications
- Assistant or full Gym Manager with 1+ years experience in managing fitness center(s)
- Must live locally (30 Minute Radius)
- Personal Training Certification + experience is strongly preferred
- Must be available to work weekends (at least 1 full weekend day), evenings, and Holidays
- Must have own, reliable car
- 18+ years of age
