Job Summary
Ensure the safety and comfort of guests and employees using the Fitness Center by assisting with correct equipment use and monitoring daily inventory. Design and develop personalized one-to-one fitness programmes while conducting group exercise classes and coordinating the group schedule. Carry out fitness assessments to recommend suitable programmes and motivate guests to achieve their goals. Maintain all equipment readiness and support operational needs through additional duties. Requires a university degree, KOA licence, three years of experience, and First Aid/CPR certification. Salary is €1,400–€1,500 gross per month for a permanent position.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in a relevant field
- KOA Licence
- At least 3 years of experience as a Fitness / Gym Instructor
- Fluent in English
- Strong ability to instruct and motivate individuals
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional, detail-oriented, creative and flexible approach
- First Aid and CPR certification
